What Is a Studio Cabin?

We have several studio-style cabins at Georgia Mountain Rentals. A studio cabin consists of one single room plus a bathroom. That single room functions as the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The kitchen area, sometimes called a kitchenette, may be divided from the main living area or simply run along one wall as a counter and cabinets.

Though we use the word kitchenette, each studio cabin has a full-size refrigerator and a stovetop with oven. Not a single cabin at Georgia Mountain Rentals is without a coffee maker, so we call them fully-equipped kitchenettes.

All studio cabins are arranged so you can see the television from both the sofa and the bed.

Guests choose studio cabins for all sorts of reasons. Some want to hike and explore all day and simply sleep at night. Others want to be cozy, close, and not have to venture far.
