The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with both a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom has a full size tub and shower. Enjoy watching tv  from the couch or the king size bed and then relax in the hot tub on the back porch anytime of day. There is a faux flame electric stove heater for atmosphere and additional warmth.

Please note that this is an open floor plan or studio cottage. The television can be seen from both the sofa and the king bed. This cottage does not have a private bedroom.

This cozy spot is about 1.5 miles from Unicoi State Park with swimming, hiking, fishing and about 5 miles from downtown Helen. 

This is a pet-friendly cabin and a one-time per-pet fee will be added if you bring your dog(s). The pet fees that will be added to your reservation are $75 + tax for the first and $50 + tax for each additional.

We had trouble with the code to get into the cabin but I called the number and they sent someone out very quickly. They also brought a full tank of gas for the grill, which was very clean and almost new. The communication with the staff was quick and very nice. Would definitely stay with Georgia Mountain Rentals again." (10/5)

One of the pillowcases had some kind of stain that we noticed with a black light. The plugs for the closet and nightstand were extension cords run through the walls. I’m sure this doesn’t meet code. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work until I reset the breaker. The hot tub was unusable because the water was too low and it smelled musty and gross. One of the sofa recliners did not work due to a broken wire. When we headed out the next day in the daylight, we noticed there were other cabins that appeared to be residences. There was trash and old tires in the yards and a wandering dog. I could go on but I think you get the picture." (4/5)
